Justin Jefferson. 22. 60. Wide Receiver. LSU. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis

Grade: A+

Let me put it this way: Justin Jefferson caught 111 passes last year, all from the No. 1 pick in the draft. He was the go-to guy for Joe Burrow, who supposedly is the greatest quarterback prospect since Andrew Luck. This is a great pick for the Minnesota Vikings.

It hurt when the Vikings opted to move on from Stefon Diggs this offseason, trading him to the Buffalo Bills for this pick. And yet, it’s possible they actually found a better receiver with said pick by landing the dynamic and explosive Jefferson.

He’s a dynamic threat after the catch, has reliable hands and is a terrific route runner. He creates space with the best of them, offers excellent speed and obviously has reliable hands. Teamed up with Adam Thielen, Jefferson gives Kirk Cousins a dangerous duo of pass-catchers who can help the Minnesota offense roll in 2020.

Rick Spielman should be calling Roseman and thanking him for passing on Jefferson.
