There are plenty of head coaches feeling extra pressure to see their team succeed heading into the 2020 NFL season.

Before football fans know it, the 2020 NFL season will officially be here, and just like every other year, there will be a handful of teams with head coaches facing heavy pressure to see results.

While certain coaches like Andy Reid or Kyle Shanahan have absolutely nothing to worry about at this stage in their careers, there are numerous coaches who could find themselves on the hot seat at some point during the 2020 season if things fail to go according to plan.

Take a look at Sean McVay for instance, who pulled the unthinkable by leading the Los Angeles Rams to the Super Bowl in just his second year as head coach, only to watch the team come up short of even reaching the playoffs last season.

Numerous reasons were to blame behind McVay and the Rams coming up short the way they did, but also it was difficult to come up with the proper excuses when looking at all of the talent on both sides of the football that made the 2019 season look like a wasted opportunity.

Even though the Las Vegas Raiders are nowhere near the same level as McVay and the Rams, the argument can be made there was similar disappointment surrounding Jon Gruden since the head coach was supposed to help the team become a legitimate playoff contender again.

Instead, Gruden is still in search of that first playoff return during his second stint with the team, and one can only imagine what kind of changes the Raiders may consider if Las Vegas misses out for the third year in a row.

To help give football fans a better understanding of which head coaches deserve to be facing the most pressure for the 2020 season, here are 10 individuals who immediately come to mind.
