The Green Bay Packers schedule for the 2020 season is out but how will they fare dealing with it? Picks and predictions for every game.
In the Green Bay Packers first season with Matt LaFleur as the head coach, the team enjoyed quite a large amount of success. Not only did the team go 13-3 during the regular season and capture the NFC North crown but Green Bay made it to the NFC Championship Game as well. The hope now is that the Packers schedule for 2020 allows them to have the same success.
Of course, the team around future Hall-of-Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers has come under a ton of scrutiny this offseason. Not only did they downgrade at right tackle to save some money but also still have holes at linebacker and, of course, wide receiver. The latter was the focus of the discussion following the 2020 NFL Draft.
Rather than take a wide receiver early, the Packers traded up for a first-round quarterback, Jordan Love, and failed to get Rodgers and Davante Adams assistance in the passing attack. Furthermore, after Aaron Jones led running backs in touchdowns in 2019, they seemingly took the ball out of his hands by selecting A.J. Dillon in the second round.
Despite the warranted criticisms of the Packers offseason to this point, though, they should still compete atop the NFC North. Za’Darius Smith, Kenny Clark and Jaire Alexander, among others, return to a much-improved defense from 2018 and Rodgers could be motivated to thrive after this offseason. So here’s the 2020 Packers schedule they’ll have to navigate.

With matchups on the Packers schedule against the NFC South and AFC South as their divisional matchups, Green Bay has the tough task of playing a first-place schedule in the 2020 season. After failing to make substantial improvements this offseason, though, can the team match their 13-3 record for a year ago?
Let’s go game-by-game through the Packers schedule for 2020 and make picks and predictions for each contest to see how they fare.
