Green Bay Packers schedule 2020: Picks, predictions for every game
Green Bay Packers 2020 Final Record: 11-5
There are undoubtedly going to be people who look at the Green Bay Packers schedule for 2020 and then see this record prediction of 11-5 and think it’s a failed season. After all, that’s two fewer wins than LaFleur’s team had a season ago. At the same time, however, this was a team that many people believed over-achieved last season. So is 11-5 really all that bad?
To be sure, there is some variance in how Green Bay’s season could turn out. There is a chance that LaFleur somewhat reinvents the wheel with this offense and has the three-headed monster at running back looking like the Cheesy 49ers from a season ago. And maybe the defense is even better.
Of course, as mentioned, there is also the chance that Aaron Rodgers simply plays out of his mind. He’s often been called petty and emotionally motivated and the way this offseason has transpired is surely enough to have his attention. Thus, he could come out and be ready to set the rest of the league ablaze.
In any case, even if the Packers do take a slight step back in the 2020 season, they still feel like a lock to win the NFC North and make the playoffs. I’m not sure any of the Vikings, Bears or Lions made the necessary moves to catch Green Bay. Subsequently, the Packers’ season may well be measured on what they can do once the postseason rolls around.
