Week 10: Seattle Seahawks at Los Angeles Rams

While the 49ers emerged as Seattle’s greatest challenge in the NFC West this past season, the Rams still gave the Seahawks a lot of trouble. Seattle narrowly escaped with a 30-29 victory on a Thursday night in Week 5 against Los Angeles, but the Rams evened the series at one apiece with a 28-12 win in Week 14.

Los Angeles took another step backward during the offseason. The offensive line is in disarray, and the defense is held together by a patchwork of players. Nevertheless, the Rams find a way to win in Week 10.

Prediction: Loss

Week 11: Arizona Cardinals at Seattle Seahawks

The Seahawks get after Kyler Murray in Week 11 and force the second-year quarterback to make several mistakes while Wilson calmly leads the offense to a near-perfect game as Seattle crushes Arizona in a rematch of Week 7.

Prediction: Win

Week 12: Seattle Seahawks at Philadelphia Eagles

This game could go either way. The Eagles and Seahawks were arguably the two most injured teams in the league last season, yet they both made the playoffs. When Carson Wentz has his full offense around him, the former second overall pick can perform at an MVP level. Then again, so can Wilson.

I think this game comes down to whether or not Seattle’s running game can break Philadelphia’s defensive front.

Prediction: Win

Week 13: New York Giants at Seattle Seahawks

New York began assembling a new offense two years ago, and the process is still underway. While the team grabbed Saquon Barkley, Daniel Jones, Andrew Thomas, and some underrated pass-catchers, the Giants are still at least a year away from competing at Seattle’s level. New York’s defense looks especially vulnerable. Expect some deep shots to D.K. Metcalf.

Prediction: Win
