1. Sean Lee

Unfortunately, Sean Lee is far from the dominant linebacker compared to a few years ago when he was considered one of the top defenders in the league, but the veteran can still bring plenty to the table at this stage in his career.

From a leadership perspective, Lee has brought plenty to the table for the Cowboys over the last decade, and it’s tough not to feel bad for some of the injuries that have taken place at times throughout his career, including the torn ACL in 2014.

The fact that Lee is under a team-friendly deal for 2020 shows that Dallas may not exactly be sold on keeping the veteran linebacker around beyond the upcoming season, meaning if they were to get a draft pick in return now over losing him later on, this could benefit the Cowboys.

When looking at how much of a fan favorite Lee has become over the years in Dallas, it’s safe to assume he would love nothing more than to finish his NFL career with the Cowboys, even if it means playing at a cheaper price the rest of the way.

But since the NFL is still a business, and the Browns could certainly use some depth at the linebacker position to help boost the defense, just imagine what a fresh start in Cleveland could do for someone like Lee.

For all the Browns know, Lee could be one of the missing pieces to making this team a legitimate contender again in the AFC.
