1. Carlos Dunlap

Isn’t it crazy to think how Carlos Dunlap continues to put up big numbers with the Bengals, even after 10 seasons with the team?

Similar to the situation with Mixon, there were some concerns surrounding Dunlap due to issues off the field back in 2010 when the former Florida star was entering the league, but the gamble has paid off in a big way for Cincinnati over the last decade.

Despite how bad the Bengals have been overall as a team in the last couple of seasons, Dunlap has been one of the few bright spots, and has found a way to record 17 sacks in 30 games dating back to 2018.

With that being said, all signs point to Dunlap being in for another impressive 2020 campaign, as long as the veteran manages to stay healthy enough to play each week for Cincinnati.

But since Dunlap isn’t getting any younger, and only has two years remaining on his current contract, the one factor of wanting to join a legitimate contender could always come into play here.

As much as the Bengals want to believe they have the talent to compete in the AFC during the 2020 season, all signs point to this team needing at least another year or two before this happens with all of the rebuilding Cincinnati is expected to experience.

In other words, if Dunlap truly wants to have a legitimate shot at winning a Super Bowl, a trade may need to take place before it’s too late, and Tampa Bay could be his best option.
