The Washington Redskins have a young, crowded wide receiver room, so who makes the 2020 roster?

The Washington Redskins have had a pretty great offseason. That included snatching up the biggest prize of the 2020 NFL Draft, Chase Young.

Due to this offseason, there are plenty of reasons to be excited about the future of the franchise. At the same time though, everything is not perfect yet. For example, the wide receiver room has a lot of potential. However, they are not exactly at an elite level just yet. There is clearly some work to be done there. Due to that, there are some questions about who will make the cut to start the season.

With that in mind, let’s take a look. We’ll look at some of the hopefuls for the Washington roster at the wide receiver position. From there, we will try and decide not only who is going to make the team, but where they will rank on the depth chart.

There are some obvious choices for this list. At the same time though, those last few spots are going to be tough to fill. There are a few players vying for just one or two roster spots.

Each player has their own set of strengths and weaknesses. And at the same time, the Redskins have certain needs that give some players a higher advantage.

So who makes the Week 1 roster and where do they stand on the depth chart? Let’s try and figure it all out.
