It feels like things are going to go either really bad or really good for the Chicago Bears this season. It was just a couple of seasons ago when they were 12-4 and the top team in the NFC North. Then, they followed that up with an 8-8 campaign where they fell from first to third place in their division.

Now, they tried to reload their roster and see if they can get things back on track. They added Robert Quinn in free agency, which gives them a dominant pass-rushing duo with him and Khalil Mack working together.

They also added Tedd Ginn at receiver and while he’s not the player he used to be, he can still make some splashy plays.

The biggest news tough centers around their quarterback. Mitchell Trubisky has had some good moments for the Bears but his consistency, or lack thereof, has been a concern. For that reason, the Bears went out and traded for Nick Foles, who won the Super Bowl following the 2017 season with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Foles was in Jacksonville last season but lost his job to Gardner Minshew who filled in when Foles was injured. Now in Chicago, there could be a battle between Foles and Trubisky. Either things could fall apart or they can push one another to finally succeed. Either way, this is a very important season for head coach Matt Nagy and the Bears.
