With Madden 21 coming, these guys deserve a 99 player rating in the new game.
NFL fans have known for quite some time that league MVP and Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson was going to be on the cover of Madden 21. However, what we had been waiting for was a look at the game, at the cover and all that comes with that.

There is always a ton of discussion derived from the annual Madden video game release from fans. Player ratings are always at the heart of that, with fans arguing about players being too low or too high. Furthermore, one of the best videos of every year is the rookies trying to guess their ratings in the game.
Having said that, there is an elite group in terms of Madden player ratings — the 99 Club. By the end of last season on last year’s game, there were five players who received 99 ratings: Aaron Donald, Luke Kuechly, Patrick Mahomes, Christian McCaffrey and Michael Thomas.
It’s abundantly clear that Madden isn’t going to hand out 99 player ratings haphazardly. However, if we’re looking at the scope of the league and the best players that you can play with in the new game, there are a number of players who deserve to be in the upper echelon. Simply put, these are eight players who deserve a 99 rating in Madden 21.
