42. Chris Carson, RB, Seattle Seahawks

Carson is another member in a stacked running back free agency class. The Seahawks selected Carson with a seventh-round pick, meaning Seattle underpaid him for years. The Oklahoma State product never made more than $700 thousand off his contract in a single year during his first three seasons.

While he only played a little in 2017 before suffering a season-ending injury, Carson became a crucial part of Seattle’s offense over the past two years. During that time, he ran for 2,381 yards and punched in 16 touchdowns. Carson accumulated 2,810 yards from scrimmage and 18 total touchdowns between 2018 and 2019.

One of the most consistent running backs in the NFL when it comes to raw production, Carson could easily make over $7 million annually on a new deal.

41. Taylor Decker, LT, Detroit Lions

The Lions used the 16th overall pick in 2016 on Decker. Since entering the NFL, the Ohio State product has slowly adjusted to the pro level and become a reliable starter on an otherwise inconsistent unit. While he missed half of the 2017 season, Decker has remained relatively healthy during his young career.

According to PFF, Decker ranked 24th among all offensive linemen and ninth among all offensive tackles through Week 15 last year. Decker showed significant improvement in the running game, but he needs another season of consistent production before teams accept him as a well-rounded left tackle.

With D’Andre Swift joining Detroit’s bruised backfield and Matthew Stafford returning from a season-ending injury, Decker should put together a stellar performance this coming season.
