92. Dak Prescott, QB, Dallas Cowboys

Statistically, Prescott had his finest year as a pro in 2019. However, his excellence didn’t translate into wins for the Cowboys. Dallas finished the year 8-8, losing the division to a battered and beaten Philadelphia Eagles squad. Prescott deserves credit, and a hefty extension, for his production, but he isn’t an elite quarterback.

Prescott completed 65.1 percent of his pass attempts last season and finished with a passer rating over 96.5 for the third time in his career. The Mississippi State product also set career-highs with 30 passing touchdowns and 4,902 passing yards. His previous personal bests were 23 touchdowns and 3,885 yards.

I don’t see Prescott replicating his career-high production in 2020. Statistically, his numbers were extreme outliers, considering he broke his passing record by over 1,000 yards. However, with CeeDee Lamb joining a loaded offense, Prescott might put together another incredible year.

91. Joel Bitonio, LG, Cleveland Browns

According to Pro Football Reference, Bitonio played every one of Cleveland’s offensive snaps over the past three seasons. He earned Pro Bowls in each of the past two years and is one of the most overlooked stars in the NFL.

The Associated Press (AP) selected Bitonio as a Second-Team All-Pro in 2018 and 2019, but Pro Football Focus (PFF) gave him First-Team All-Pro honors in 2014 and 2018. At 28 years old, Bitonio could play at an All-Pro level for another five to seven years.
