In case you couldn’t tell by the Henderson pick, Round 9 and on is when I start taking more fliers on players that could potentially be league-winners or potentially not give you anything. That’s a theme that continues here as I took Jalen Reagor in the 10th round to add more depth at wide receiver, which is clearly the strongest position on this roster.

Reagor was the Eagles’ first-round pick and steps into an offense desperate for wide receiver help. Yes, he may be behind Alshon Jeffery and DeSean Jackson on the initial depth chart but it’s not like either player has been a bastion of health recently. Subsequently, Reagor could find a big target share early in his NFL career and, with his physical tools, could make for some fantasy gold as a result.

Round 11

  • Team 2 (11.02) – Boston Scott, RB, PHI
  • Team 3 (11.03) – Mike Gesicki, TE, MIA
  • Team 4* (11.04) – Allen Lazard, WR, GB
  • Team 5 (11.05) – Sony Michel, RB, NE
  • Team 6 (11.06) – Noah Fant, TE, DEN
  • Team 7 (11.07) – Christian Kirk, WR, ARI
  • Team 8 (11.08) – Ben Roethlisberger, QB, PIT
  • Team 9 (11.09) – Justin Jackson, RB, LAC
  • Team 10 (11.10) – Jerry Jeudy, WR, DEN
  • Team 11 (11.11) – Buffalo D/ST
  • Team 12 (11.12) – Chicago D/ST

Someone other than Davante Adams has to catch passes in Green Bay…right? The fact that the Packers didn’t address the wide receiver position this offseason outside of Devin Funchess, who has since opted out, has been a talking point for a while. But what that comes down to is this team banking on players already on the roster to take a step forward. And Allen Lazard is the best candidate to do that.

On the whole, Lazard had just 35 receptions (52 targets) for 477 yards and three touchdowns last year. But he also came on strong at the end of the year. In his final five regular-season games, he had two games with eight or more targets and had his two best games of the season as well. If he can build off that in an offense rife with opportunity, Lazard could be great depth at wide receiver.
