26. Ryan Ramczyk, RT, New Orleans Saints

Ramczyk began turning heads in 2018. The right tackle earned Second-Team All-Pro selections from the AP and PFF. However, Ramczyk elevated his game in 2019, earning First-Team All-Pro nods across the board. PFF’s Sam Monson even labeled Ramczyk PFF’s Run Blocker of the Year for the second season in a row.

PFF listed Kansas City’s Mitchell Schwartz as the league’s top offensive tackle on a list of the top 25 tackles entering 2020. However, as Anthony Treash detailed, it was a close call,

"Ramczyk was barely edged out for the No. 1 spot, but he is the clear-cut runner-up… In fact, his PFF grade since coming into the NFL ranks third among all tackles in the PFF era in the first three years of their careers (Joe Thomas and Jake Long were first and second). He’s been the NFL’s most valuable tackle over the past three years. Schwartz tops the rankings for now, but if Ramczyk has another year in 2020 as he did in 2019 (90.9 PFF grade), he’ll challenge for that spot."

Despite PFF favoring Schwartz, this top 100 places Ramczyk atop the offensive tackle hierarchy. At 26 years old, it’s conceivable that Ramczyk could dominate his position for another decade.

25. Myles Garrett, DE, Cleveland Browns

After nine stellar performances, Garrett lost his cool against the Pittsburgh Steelers. His on-field assault of Mason Rudolph resulted in a season-ending suspension. Despite missing Cleveland’s final six games, Garrett finished his third season with ten sacks, 19 quarterback hits, and 29 pressures. The suspension didn’t prevent the Browns from giving their star defender a five-year, $125 million extension.

Availability remains a slight issue for Garrett. He only played 37 games through his first three seasons, and he’s run into problems on the field several times. However, Garrett is one of the NFL’s next great pass-rushers. He has 30.5 sacks and 65 quarterback hits already. In 2018, Garrett racked up 48 pressures.

Garrett, the Bosa brothers, and Danielle Hunter represent the next great wave of defensive ends. Don’t be surprised if Garrett wins a Defensive Player of the Year award soon.
