Who’s in and who’s out in the Chicago Bears final 53-man roster prediction.

The NFL is almost upon us! After speculation and fear that the season wouldn’t start we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. In a little over a week, the Kansas City Chiefs begin the defense of their Super Bowl title meeting up with the Houston Texans. Three days after that, the other 30 teams, the Chicago Bears among them, begin their quest to dethrone them.

The teams have until this Saturday, Sept. 5 to have their final 53-man roster. They need to have their rosters in on Friday but can scour the waiver wire to pick up players and drop others the next day.

Determining the roster this season is more difficult than it was last year. The Bears were coming off of a 12-4 record and the NFC North title. They had hopes of going further in the playoffs. That didn’t happen as the team finished with a record of 8-8 and missed the playoffs.

This year, the Bears had a few position battles going on. For some, they’re battling for a starting spot. For others, however, they’re fighting for a spot on the roster.

The Bears are hoping to make the right decisions on the roster to improve from last year. It was such a disappointment and they want to show that 2018 wasn’t just a fluke. They need to make improvements on the offensive line, the wide receivers corps, the tight ends group, and the quarterback. The defense is still elite, but depth could be a question mark.

While we wait for the official word to come out in a few days, let’s have some fun and make a prediction on who makes it and who doesn’t.
