Denver Broncos: LB Von Miller

Even after all these years, the best player on the Denver Broncos defense is still outside linebacker Von Miller. The future Hall of Famer had a down year by his standards in 2019 with “just” eight sacks in 15 games and no forced fumbles for the first time in his career.

Denver as a team struggled to get to the quarterback and it didn’t help that 2018 first-rounder Bradley Chubb played just four games. Chubb was coming off a 12 sack rookie season and would have eased some of the offensive attention from Miller but he was still an effective pass rusher.

The Broncos knew they needed to make things easier for Miller and did so with the addition of defensive tackle Jurrell Casey and now boast a fearsome defensive line ready to terrorize opposing quarterbacks.

Miller has the supporting cast and the drive to get back to his usual self and will continue to be the heart of a formidable Broncos defense.
