Kansas City Chiefs: QB Patrick Mahomes

While the rest of us may be struggling, Patrick Mahomes is having the year of his life in 2020. He kicked it off with a Super Bowl victory, signed a gargantuan $500 million contract, and recently got engaged to his long-time girlfriend Brittany Matthews.

The next award in Mahomes’ growing cabinet is going to be the 2020 team MVP as the Chiefs, as good as they are across the board, will go far as Mahomes takes them.

The Chiefs continue to build around Mahomes and giving him more weapons to play with including rookie running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire. A top tier running back is just about the only thing Mahomes has been missing since the team released Kareem Hunt and he may have one in the versatile rookie out of LSU.

We have seen Mahomes grow as a passer year over year and he has already achieved so much in just his third season in the league. The sky is the limit for the young superstar and the question is not if but when he and the Chiefs will win another Super Bowl.
