Houston Texans: QB Deshaun Watson

Deshaun Watson had yet another Pro Bowl season in just his third season in the NFL as he led the Houston Texans to their second straight AFC South title. He capped off the season with a playoff victory against the Buffalo Bills and built a three-score lead in Arrowhead before falling victim to the eventual champion Kansas City Chiefs.

If the Texans are going to threepeat as division champions then Watson will have to do so with an almost entirely new cast of weapons. Leading rusher Carlos Hyde is off to Seattle and his favorite target and First-Team All-Pro DeAndre Hopkins was inexplicably traded to the Arizona Cardinals.

Watson will have to rely on the newly acquired David Johnson and Brandin Cooks who have not been paragons of health in recent years but if anyone can do it it’s him. His ability to make plays out of nothing is nearly unparalleled in the NFL and he will have to be at his best to compete in a competitive division.
