NFL Power Rankings, Week 2: Cowboys falter, Ravens shine

After falling behind 17-0, the Washington Football Team found a way to not only make it a contest against the Philadelphia Eagles, but they also walked away with a win.
Led by a dominant pass rush that had eight sacks, Washington “played like a group of guys determined to make a name for themselves” as stated by the AP in their ESPN recap of the win.
"“After falling behind 17-0 following a pair of touchdown passes by Carson Wentz, Washington relied on a punishing defense and opportunistic offense in its first game since owner Dan Snyder finally agreed to change the team’s name and former employees alleged sexual harassment. Rivera lived up to his ‘Riverboat Ron’ nickname earned in nine seasons with Carolina. In his first game after finding out he has a form of skin cancer, Rivera went for it on fourth-and-1 from the Eagles 5 with the score tied midway through the fourth quarter.” — AP, ESPN.com"
What was most impressive was the way they never stopped fighting. This team has been in the media for all the wrong reasons this offseason and none of that is the fault of the players. For that reason alone, it was nice to see them reel off a hard-fought win.
