1. Atlanta Falcons will bounce back to improve to 1-2

The final prediction that will ultimately come out of the Week 3 showdown against a fellow NFC opponent is that the Falcons will finally be able to get into the win column and win grab the first victory of the 2020 season.

After last year’s early-season performance that resulted in Atlanta falling behind the rest of the league in the standings while going to through an early slump in the first half of the regular season, the Falcons want to avoid a repeat of that at all costs while getting this season back on track quickly.

Although the Falcons did come out with a sense of urgency in Week 2 on the road against the Cowboys, that didn’t carry through the entire game and resulted in Atlanta coming out of that contest with yet another loss to add to its record.

This Sunday in Week 3 against Chicago, Atlanta will be able to finally cross that hump to not only hand the Bears their first loss of the 2020 campaign but notch its first victory of the new year while avoiding in falling to a brutal 0-3 going into Week 4.

Getting into the win column this week would be big for the Falcons, not only because they would be 1-2 instead of 0-3, but because that would provide a nice mental boost to the team and its fanbase as the regular season continues to roll along.

It will also be important for Atlanta to get into the win column due to the fact it will hit the road once again in Week 4 to face off against a tough NFC opponent in the Green Bay Packers, who have been playing well through two games.

The Falcons need to get back into the win column and this might already be a must-win game for Atlanta on Sunday. Luckily for the Falcons, they should be able to bounce back to improve to 1-2 following the weekend’s slate of games.
