The Chicago Bears have a real test coming up in Week 3 against the Atlanta Falcons.

Sitting at 2-0, the Chicago Bears are feeling a sense of relief that they have yet to experience the bitter taste defeat so far this season. The offense led by Mitchell Trubisky has been effective for the most part and mistakes have yet to be part of the equation.

As the Bears progress into Week 3, their next opponent is the Atlanta Falcons, who are 0-2. In addition, Atlanta is coming off a game where they blew a 20+ point lead for the second time in the last decade. The first being the notable 28-3 debacle in Super Bowl LI. There is no question that this team will be looking to redeem themselves and possibly save some jobs for their coaching staff, most of which are currently on the hot seat.

As for the Bears defense, they pitched a shutout in the first half against the Giants before allowing 13 points in the second half and narrowly escaped with a 4 point victory thanks to a goal-line stand.

On the Falcons side, the defense has looked rather lethargic the last two games as their supposed dominance in the first half against the Cowboys was mostly caused by mental errors from Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliot. On offense, Matt Ryan continues to put up numbers but they mostly have equated to empty calories. In other words, there is a lot of pressure on Atlanta.

The same can be said for Chicago as a loss would hurt them with the division getting stronger thanks to the re-emergence of Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers offense. That said, here are three bold predictions for the Bears against the Falcons in Week 3.
