1. Minnesota Vikings will fall to 0-3

The final prediction that will take place for Minnesota in Week 3 on Sunday afternoon against the Tennessee Titans is that the Vikings will once again fall on their home field while failing to claim their first win of the year.

With the loss, Minnesota will continue its free-fall to start the new year while moving to 0-3 and to the bottom of both the NFC North and NFC standings.

Coming into the year, the Vikings had hopes of building off of a playoff appearance in the NFC Divisional Round in 2019 while trying to sit atop the NFC North ahead of Green Bay, Chicago and Detroit. But so far this year, Minnesota looks like it might be in for disappointment at the early stages of the regular season.

On Sunday in Week 3, the Vikings won’t be able to handle the duel-threat of the Titans offenses and Minnesota’s defense will continue to struggle to start the 2020 campaign. The game could end up being a high-scoring affair, but Tennessee will ultimately come out on top and get its second road win of the season.

The tough thing for Minnesota, outside of obviously potentially dropping to 0-3 overall, is that the schedule doesn’t necessarily get any easier the upcoming few weeks. The Vikings will hit the road to face the Houston Texans in Week 4 while remaining on the road to play the Seattle Seahawks in Week 5.

If there was ever a must-win early on in the season, the Week 3 contest for the Vikings would be exactly that. Unfortunately for Minnesota, it likely will find itself at 0-3 at the end of the weekend.
