NFL Power Rankings, Week 4: Seahawks, Packers keep surging
By Randy Gurzi
It was nearly another huge comeback win — and we have already had a few in this young season. The Los Angeles Rams had fallen behind 28-3 in the third quarter before coming back to take a 32-28 lead in the fourth quarter.
For anyone who was paying attention, that led to many 28-3 jokes in reference to the Atlanta Falcons who had a lead of that same score in the third quarter of the Super Bowl following the 2016 season. They lost that game and on the same weekend they were dropping another epic failure, the Rams nearly took this game.
Unfortunately for them, they dropped this one as the Bills got a touchdown with 15 seconds left to go. There were some questionable calls at the end which helped the Bills secure the win, but Los Angeles is a team that knows better than to have put themselves in that position.
Now at 2-1, they have a pretty east stretch coming up with the New York Giants and Washington Football Team on the slate over the next two weeks. They’re looking to put the taste of missing the playoffs in 2019 out of their mouths and despite the loss this weekend, they’re still in good shape.
