Bold predictions for the Atlanta Falcons in Week 4 against the Packers.

Going into Week 4 of the 2020 NFL season, the Atlanta Falcons are finding themselves in a familiar situation to begin a new year.

A season after the Falcons went 1-7 to begin the 2019 campaign, Atlanta is once again finding itself in an early-season hole in 2020.

The Falcons come into another tough game this week while trying to get the first win of the year and avoid falling to a disappointing record of 0-4 at the quarter mark of the regular season schedule.

Unfortunately for Atlanta, this week will be a hard fought game once again, it coming on the road against the Green Bay Packers on Monday Night Football at Lambeau Field.

The Falcons come into the game after having lost a second straight game after leading by as much as 16 points, collapsing in Week 3 against Chicago at home after having a lead for a majority of the game until giving up that lead to fall in the final minutes.

Atlanta fell to Chicago 30-26 on its home field last Sunday after jumping out to a 16-10 lead in the first half of the game while leading by as much as 26-10 going into the fourth quarter.

In the final frame, the Falcons allowed the Bears to score 20 unanswered points to come from behind and win the contest.

With that loss, Atlanta fell to 0-3 overall on the season while quickly falling behind the rest of the pack both in the NFC South and NFC standings.

On the other side of the field in Week 4, the Falcons take on a red-hot Packers squad who is an undefeated 3-0 on the year and are looking like one of the top teams in the NFC early on in the new year.

Green Bay is coming off of a 37-30 victory over the New Orleans Saints in Week 3, its third straight win to begin the year while sitting atop both the NFC North and NFC standings going into this weekend’s slate of games.

Before the Falcons and Packers battle on Monday Night Football in Week 4, let’s look at three predictions that will take place for Atlanta as it tries to get the first win of the 2020 campaign.
