Finding the best DraftKings NFL values for Week 4 in DFS fantasy football.

Pickings are a bit slimmer than usual in Week 4 as a result of the removal of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Tennessee Titans, New England Patriots and Kansas City Chiefs from the main DFS slate due to a number of positive COVID cases. As a result, it has never been more important to find value at each position when crafting NFL DFS lineups on DraftKings.

Allow us to assist: we’ve combed through injury reports, news releases and statistical trends to bring you the best possible candidates to stash into your fantasy football lineups. Some may seem chalkier than others, so while it’s important to not write them off entirely, avoiding a DFS GPP lineup stocked with high ownership players is a sounder strategy than usual in a non-bye week suddenly devoid of many top options.

We start, as always, with the players who touch the ball more often than anyone who isn’t a center: quarterbacks. The highest-priced option, Lamar Jackson (BAL at WAS, $8,100), is somehow a value as the top-priced quarterback, given his floor is a QB2 and RB2 combination.

Best DraftKings Week 4 values: Quarterbacks

We’d be crazy to recommend passing on other high-priced signal callers with stable floors and sky-high ceilings. Our favorites in this category are Russell Wilson (SEA at MIA, $7,800), Josh Allen (BUF at LV, $7,300), Dak Prescott (DAL vs CLE, $7,200), and Kyler Murray (ARI at CAR, $7,000), all of whom offer overall QB1 possibilities at prices lower than Jackson.

Other quarterbacks are capable of nearing that level of production in Week 4 at an even steeper discount. Jared Goff (LAR vs. NYG, $6,700) takes on a New York Giants defense that’s almost as inept as its offense; with the right defense selected, stacking Goff with some combination of Darrell Henderson (LAR vs. NYG, $5,800), Cooper Kupp (LAR vs. NYG, $6,700), or Robert Woods (LAR vs. NYG, $6,300) allows at least one stud running back like Alvin Kamara (NO at DET, $8,000) to find his way into the lineup.

Deshaun Watson (HOU vs. MIN, $6,600) lines up against a Minnesota Vikings defense that has coughed up more points than any other defense on the Sunday Main Slate. Watson, a great DFS cash gameplay, has been off to a slow start by his standards, but we expect that to change in a big way this weekend.

Matthew Stafford (DET vs. NO, $5,900) should benefit from the absence of both New Orleans Saints starting cornerbacks; Marshon Lattimore and Janoris Jenkins have both been scratched. Those in GPP leagues should stack Stafford with wide receiver Kenny Golladay (DET vs NO, $6,000), who’s finally healthy and a steal at his current price.

Others we like from the bargain bin include Baker Mayfield (CLE at DAL, $5,800) and Ryan Fitzpatrick (MIA vs. SEA, $5,400). The latter makes a great GPP stack with DeVante Parker (MIA vs. SEA, $5,700), a player who’s finally healthy and benefited tremendously from “Fitzmagic” in the past.
