Bold predictions for the New England Patriots in their Week 4 matchup with the Chiefs.

After a few hard-fought games in the last couple of weeks, the New England Patriots have yet another tough test in Week 4 of the 2020 NFL season.

After the game, which was originally scheduled to take place on Sunday afternoon, was postponed a day due to Cam Newton testing positive for COVID-19, the Patriots are planning to face off against one of the top teams in the AFC and the NFL as a whole when they hit the road to play the defending Super Bowl Champions Kansas City Chiefs on Monday night at Arrowhead Stadium.

New England and Kansas City will battle in what will be the game of Week 4, with the Patriots looking to make a strong statement while the Chiefs aim to remain undefeated on the year and atop the conference and league standings.

New England enters the game on Monday in Kansas City taking part in its second road contest of the season, the other being a loss in Week 2 to the Seattle Seahawks. The Patriots are coming off of winning their second straight home contest in Week 3 last weekend, taking down the Las Vegas Raiders 36-20 in Foxborough.

In that game, New England fell behind Las Vegas early to end the opening half on a hot not while riding a second-half surge to pull away for the victory at home. The Patriots, trailing 3-0 after the first quarter, went on outscore the Raiders 36-17 in the final three quarters to come out with a 16-point win to improve to 2-1 overall.

On the other side of the field, the Chiefs showed last week that they are still one of the more dominant teams in the NFL, taking down the Baltimore Ravens, 34-20, on Monday Night Football in Baltimore.

In that win, Kansas City jumped out to a 27-10 advantage in the first half of the road contest and held off Baltimore the rest of the way to grab a 14-point win and improve to an undefeated record of 3-0 going into Week 4.

We are in for a treat on Monday night between the Patriots and Chiefs in a battle of two AFC squads. Before they take the field in Week 4 in Kansas City, here are three bold predictions for the New England Patriots in the high-profile showdown.
