NFL Power Rankings, Week 5: Cowboys free-falling, Bills stay perfect

They fell to 1-3, but the Washington Football Team is still in the mix in the frustratingly bad NFC East. And while they were knocked off 31-17 against the Baltimore Ravens, not everything was bad according to some who cover the team.
There were some positives, according to Jacob Camenker of Riggos Rag, who liked the discipline the team showed late in the game. In addition to that, they were more careful with the ball — which was a far cry from the way they threw it to the wrong team over and over in Week 3 against the Browns.
"“The other positive was that the team only committed one turnover with the game still in the balance. The turnover, a J.D. McKissic lost fumble, was costly but after that point, the team was able to avoid turning the ball over. They sustained drives and Dwayne Haskinsavoided making risky throws and instead took what was available to him. And that was a big part of the reason that Baltimore wasn’t able to rack up more points against Washington.” — Camenker, Riggos Rag"
Washington now prepared for a game against the Los Angeles Rams before a three-game stretch that includes the New York Giants twice with the Dallas Cowboys in between. That could be a solid stretch for them, as long as they keep progressing. However, as of now, they aren’t exactly a team that strikes fear into too many opponents.
