1. Atlanta Falcons finally get win No. 1

The ultimate prediction that will occur for the Falcons in Week 5 in an NFC South showdown against the Panthers is that Atlanta will finally be able to crack into the win column more than a quarter of the way through the regular-season schedule.

The start to the regular season has been a dreadful one, to say the least. for Atlanta. Not only has it managed to remain winless through four games going into Week 5, but the way the Falcons lost a pair of those games will come back to haunt them later on in the year.

Most notably you look at the two games in Week 2 and Week 3 where Atlanta held a 20-point and 16-point lead in those contests, only to let up those large leads to fall in both instances.

On Sunday afternoon against Carolina and home, Atlanta will be able to bounce back and finally crack into the win column for the first time of the 2020 campaign.

While improving to 1-4 overall, the Falcons will still have their work cut out for them the rest of the regular season schedule, including having to play the likes of the New Orleans Saints and Tampa Bay Buccaneers twice in the second half of the year while also playing the Kansas City Chiefs later on in the season.

Atlanta, no question, has its work cut out for it to make a potential postseason run at the end of the year, but it will begin that process with its first win on Sunday in Week 5 at home.
