5. Chicago Bears

The Chicago Bears are one of the surprises of the season as they sit at 4-1 through five weeks of the season despite switching quarterbacks midway through Week 4.

It’s not often that you see a quarterback get benched when his team is 3-0 but, apparently, head coach Matt Nagy had seen enough and chose to promote Nick Foles to the starting role.

The Bears do have a weakness at the running back position since the ACL injury to Tarik Cohen and they are currently using Cordarrelle Patterson as a change of pace back but without much success. As of Week 5, Trubisky is the second leading rusher on the team and David Montgomery has been largely underwhelming as a starter this year.

Montgomery had 1,000 yards from scrimmage last season, but he is not as talented a receiver as Cohen and the Bears could plug Bell into that third-down back role immediately.

Bell could also of course start in place of Montgomery in case of injury and would give the Bears an immediate upgrade at the position.
