4. Seattle Seahawks

The Seattle Seahawks are another team that is thin at running back after their starter. Chris Carson has been their bell cow but the current third-down back is Travis Homer as Carlos Hyde is currently out with a shoulder injury.

Carson is a versatile back who is as adept catching passes as he is on the ground but he has a lengthy injury history that most recently forced the Seahawks to bring Marshawn Lynch out of retirement to replace him.

Bringing in Bell would be a perfect way to take some of that load off Carson and give the Seahawks a one-two punch at running back that would be among the best in the league if Bell is back to playing at a high level.

Seattle has more pressing needs on defense but if their policy is to “let Russ cook” then why not give him an extra ingredient in a back that twice had over 80 catches in a season?

He already has a plethora of weapons at tight end and receiver and throwing Bell into the mix could make for an even more explosive offense.
