3. Cleveland Browns

Similar to the Bears the Cleveland Browns are one of the surprises in the NFL at 4-1 through 5 weeks and appear to be on a playoff trajectory for the first time in nearly 20 years. They have a pair of top-tier running backs in Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt but the former is currently sidelined with an MCL injury and is out indefinitely.

The Browns also have one of the best overall rushing attacks and have rushed for nearly 950 yards in just five games, so Bell would have plenty of room to run and would welcome the change from playing one of the worst offensive lines in the NFL.

Cleveland appears to be rolling after a few difficult years with the big personalities on the team so Bell would have to fit in from a locker room perspective as well.

The primary downside for Bell joining the Browns at the moment is that Chubb is slated to return at some point this year so his touches would decrease quite a bit once he is back. If he does sign with the Browns, however, it would give their already talented backfield an incredible boost and further versatility for Baker Mayfield to exploit.
