Bold predictions for the New England Patriots in Week 6 against the Broncos.

After an unexpected bye week in Week 5, the New England Patriots are finally slated to face off against an AFC opponent in Week 6 at home. This Sunday, New England will welcome in the Denver Broncos into Gillette Stadium for a game that was originally scheduled to be played a week ago, but was pushed to Week 6 instead.

Leading up to that originally planned Week 5 game, the Patriots had to shut down their team facilities due to COVID-19 concerns and therefore put a halt on the game against the Broncos and resulted in the two teams going through a bye week while ultimately playing the game in Week 6.

For now, the two squads will finally take the field in Foxborough on Sunday, with the Patriots looking to bounce back after falling on the road in Week 4 against the Kansas City Chiefs in Kansas City.

In the game against Kansas City, New England had opportunities against one of the top teams in the league but was unable to take over the game late to allow the defending Super Bowl Champions to remain undefeated on the year. As a result, the Patriots fell to the .500 mark on the year at 2-2 overall going into this week.

On the other side of the field in Week 6, Denver is coming off of a 37-28 win over the New York Jets in Week 4, securing its first victory of the 2020 season. The Broncos were able to jump out to a lead over the Jets early on in the contest and cruised to a win at the end of the game in New York.

Before the Patriots aim to get back to their winning ways while finally facing a Broncos team that is trying to win their second straight, here are three bold predictions that will take place on Sunday for New England.
