2. Davante Adams, WR

It’s not farfetched to say Davante Adams has been the NFL’s best receiver in 2020. The Packers have one of the NFL’s best offenses, largely thanks to Adams’ insane production. The crazy part? Despite missing two games (hamstring), Adams has been putting up historic numbers.

According to ESPN Stats and Info, Adams is the first player in NFL history to record 10 catches and 150 yards in at least three of his team’s first eight games. Still not impressed? Adams is the first player since Randy Moss (2007) to record at least 600 yards and eight touchdowns in his first six games.

Just imagine if Adams never missed those two games earlier this season. He’d likely have at least 800 receiving yards and possibly double-digit touchdowns by this point. On the season, Adams has 53 receptions for 675 yards and eight touchdowns in six appearances.

Adams has been Aaron Rodgers’ go-to target, and for good reason. Adams is ranked PFF’s (subscription required) No. 1 overall receiver with a grade of 91.9. By the end of the season, don’t be surprised if Adams has over 1,500 yards and 15 touchdowns based on his current pace. He should be an All-Pro, as well.
