Minnesota Vikings: 3 Bold predictions in Week 10 vs. Bears
Minnesota Vikings bold predictions for a primetime matchup with the Bears.
For the third straight week, the Minnesota Vikings will continue on in the NFL regular season schedule by taking on a NFC North opponent on the other side of the field.
Coming off of their second straight victory in Week 9 at home, the Vikings will get back on the road to face off against the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football in Week 10 of the year.
The game will be an interesting game between two teams that are looking for another win against a divisional opponent at the midway point in the season, with Minnesota rolling as of late and Chicago trending the other direction over the last few weeks.
The Vikings are coming off of taking down the Detroit Lions 34-20 a week ago in Week 9, securing their second straight win while improving to 3-5 overall on the year. With the win, Minnesota continues to bring up the intriguing possibility of putting together a run here in the final half of the season to try and grab one of the final postseason spots.
In that game against Detroit, Minnesota jumped out to a lead early behind the stellar play of running back Dalvin Cook, leading 20-10 at halftime and not letting the Lions back into things late. The Vikings ended up holding a 14-10 advantage the rest of the way to record the 14-point win at US Bank Stadium.
On the other side of the field in Week 10, Chicago enters the contest with a record of 5-4 overall, riding a three-game losing streak after most recently falling to the Tennessee Titans 24-17 on the road in Week 9.
In that game, the Bears failed to score for most of the game with the exception of rattling off 17 points in the fourth quarter. The Titans were able to do enough to build a lead earlier in the game and push the contest out of reach for Chicago.
The Vikings will try and continue their winning ways while the Bears look to end a losing streak on Monday night in Chicago. With both teams fighting for that second spot in the NFC North, let’s take a look at three predictions that will occur for Minnesota in the game.
