DraftKings NFL Sunday Night Showdown picks for Ravens vs. Patriots in Week 10.

Did the DraftKings NFL main slate not treat you kindly in Week 10? Are you looking for a bounce-back performance for your personal DFS fantasy football brand? Then look no further than the DraftKings NFL Sunday Night Showdown, the one-game contest that will allow you to pick a Captain (1.5X points) along with five FLEX options at any position under the $50,000 salary cap. This week’s matchup features the Baltimore Ravens and New England Patriots.

On the year, the Ravens have been the far superior team to the Patriots. But when it comes to making DFS picks and building your lineup, you can’t always totally bank on that. It should play some part of it but you must also highlight the values on the lesser team in the matchup if you want to win some money.

Subsequently, we’ll go through all of the quality options for your DraftKings Sunday Night Showdown lineup with their FLEX and Captain pricing and then quickly construct a GPP/tournament lineup that you could consider for Week 10.

Best DraftKings NFL Sunday Night Showdown plays

Lamar Jackson ($12,400/$18,600) – Jackson has not been at an MVP level this season but his rushing floor makes him impossible to ignore. Moreover, an easy matchup against an ailing Patriots defense offers him a ton of upside to finally have a breakout performance.

Cam Newton ($10,800/$16,200) – Despite the Pats’ struggles, Newton has just two of seven games played with below 19.4 points on DraftKings. The Ravens defense is legit but Cam’s rushing upside makes him worth his price.

Marquise Brown ($10,000/$15,000) – A frustrated Hollywood Brown asked for more looks and got five last week. Now in an even better matchup, expect the speedy wideout to stay on that track and potentially break off some big plays.

Jakobi Meyers ($9,600/$14,400) – Meyers has been Newton’s favorite target of late and had a monster day (12-169) against the Jets. The Ravens are a tougher matchup but his price does have some nice value.

J.K. Dobbins ($8,400/$12,600) – Whenever Dobbins gets the ball, good things tend to happen for the Ravens offense. The question is if they’ll give him the rock. In tournament plays, he could be worth it at this price to see if he does get work and break one off.

Mark Andrews ($7,600/$11,400) – Andrews has to be mentioned but he’s a fade for me in Week 10. The tight end simply hasn’t been the target-hog he was last season, which makes his value plummet. He could bounce back but good luck finding the right week to count on that.

Mark Ingram ($7,000/$10,500) – After time off due to injury, Ingram is set to return for this game. He’s not been particularly inspiring when on the field, though, and his place in a committee might make him another fade in Baltimore’s offense.

James White ($6,200/$9,300) – Both Damien Harris (regardless of injury) and Rex Burkhead are fades for me as the Ravens run defense has been elite. They could be susceptible to White in the passing game, which gives him value in the DraftKings PPR scoring.

Ravens D/ST ($5,400/$8,100) – If you believe that Baltimore is going to dominate this Sunday Night Football game, then this might be a strong play. The Pats haven’t been great this season and it could be a dominant showing from the Ravens defense.

Willie Snead IV ($5,000/$7,500) – Snead has 11 targets over the past two weeks, speaking to a decent-sized role in this offense. I’m not sure I’d want to bank on him but, at a relatively cheap price, he deserves a mention.

Gus Edwards ($2,400/$3,600) – Ingram trending towards playing diminishes the value of Edwards in this spot but, given that the veteran has still been getting a number of touches, Edwards is still an intriguing option.

Isaiah Ford ($1,000/$1,500) – Sunday should be Ford’s first game with the Patriots and New England acquired him for a reason. At this price, he’s a nice option who could pay for himself with just a couple of catches.

Devin Duvernay ($200/$300) – The rookie Duvernay hasn’t topped 8.7 points on DraftKings but has touched the ball in every game but one this season. With his big-play ability at this price, he’s worth a look — especially with special teams touchdown potential.

DraftKings NFL Sunday Night Showdown lineup option

  • Captain: Lamar Jackson ($18,600)
  • Flex: Cam Newton ($10,800)
  • Flex: Marquise Brown ($10,000)
  • Flex: J.K. Dobbins ($8,400)
  • Flex: Isaiah Ford ($1,000)
  • Flex: Devin Duvernay ($200)

Including Duvernay and Ford, two high-upside options for budget prices, offers a ton of flexibility in this lineup. Jackson is the easy choice at the Captain spot while you have to have Newton for the rushing upside he offers as well. This is clearly a GPP lineup where you want to take big swings and having Brown and Dobbins allows that to happen, along with the obvious hope that the cheap options hit.
