Studs and duds from the Minnesota Vikings big win on Monday Night Football.

The Minnesota Vikings came into the Week 10 contest on the national stage looking to stay hot while taking on an NFC North opponent for the third straight week.

After taking down both the Green Bay Packers on the road in Week 8 and Detroit Lions back at home in Week 9, Minnesota finished the three-game span against divisional opponents when it hit the road to take on the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football.

The Vikings and Bears entered the game on two different spectrums, with Minnesota riding a two-game winning streak and Chicago having lost three in a row.

In the game on Monday night in Chicago, Minnesota rose up to the occasion and picked up a big 19-13 road victory against another division rival for the third straight week.

To open the contest, the Vikings got on the board early while outscoring the Bears 7-3 in the opening frame of the game. Going into halftime, Minnesota held a one-point lead with an advantage of 7-6.

In the second half, the Vikings were able to continue to remain out in front of the Bears at Soldier Field in Chicago, tallying six points in each of the third and fourth quarters while limiting Chicago to just seven points in the final two quarters alone.

With the win, Minnesota extended its winning streak to three in a row and are now 4-5 overall on the season while improving to 3-1 against NFC North opponents. The Vikings have also moved into a tie with the Detroit Lions (4-5) for third place in the division and are right on the heels of the Bears (5-5) for second place. Minnesota is also making a push back into the playoff picture.

In the loss, the Bears have now fallen for the fourth straight game after kicking off the season with a record of 5-1. Chicago now has to deal with question marks surrounding the quarterback position with Nick Foles getting hurt and will aim to get back on track in about a week and a half.

Minnesota will return to action in Week 11 when it returns home to starts a two-game home stretch starting with a matchup against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday evening at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. Chicago will get a week off in Week 11, going through its annual bye week before getting back to action in Week 12 against Green Bay.
