These five NFL teams have surprised a lot of people after 10 weeks of NFL action!
Every year, we see a few NFL teams exceed everyone’s expectations.
And that’s what these five teams are doing so far in the unique 2020 NFL season. Some might have anticipated a better performance for these teams, but they’re all around shattering what everyone’s perceptions were of them over midway through the regular season.
Let’s check out the teams who have shocked us the most.
Pleasant NFL Surprise No. 5: Chicago Bears
The Chicago Bears might be 5-5 fresh off their Monday night loss to the Vikings, but did anyone think the Nick Foles/Mitchell Trubisky-led Bears would have five wins at this point of the season? I sure didn’t.
The Bears defense has been the reason they’ve been able to even sit at 5-5 right now, as their offense is downright putrid. That part isn’t surprising, but what is surprising is that this Bears team was able to beat the Buccaneers on Thursday Night Football last month. That was a huge win and one no one was expecting to go Chicago’s way.
Chicago probably doesn’t make the playoffs when it’s all said and done, especially with Foles’ injury, but I definitely didn’t see them making the Packers sweat in the division for this long. The Bears have certainly surprised some people given what their offense looks like.
