2021 NFL Mock Draft: Zach Wilson goes top-5 to Washington, Falcons land Trey Lance

If the struggles of Carson Wentz continue, Philadelphia Eagles fans will be screaming for someone such as Mac Jones with this pick. The problem is, they’re still stuck with Wentz for some time due to his massive contract. They also just used a second-round pick on Jalen Hurts, so quarterback is out of the question.
What they can do is shore up their linebacker corps by selecting Dylan Moses out of Alabama. He missed all of 2019 after tearing his ACL and that likely played a part in him returning for his senior season. Moses is still getting his feet under him and while he’s been really good, he has the potential of being great.
After spending several draft picks on the offensive side of the ball, the Denver Broncos decide to add some defensive talent with their first pick in this 2021 NFL Mock Draft. Considering they play in a division with three quarterbacks capable of lighting it up, the Broncos need to improve their secondary.
They do this with the selection of Caleb Farley out of Virginia Tech. He opted-out of the 2020 season but that’s not going to hurt his stock at all. Farley was a borderline top-10 pick and should still be taken high.
