2021 NFL Mock Draft: Zach Wilson goes top-5 to Washington, Falcons land Trey Lance

A loss to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 11 was confusing, to say the least. The Minnesota Vikings had seemed to turn a corner but then they were unable to stop Andy Dalton and company. While that might make it seem as though they need to get their defense figured out, they have just as big of a need on the interior of their offensive line. That leads to the selection of Ohio State’s Wyatt Davis.
It feels cliché to say a guard is a “nasty player” but that really is how you could describe Davis. He should be a day one starter for the Vikings and he fits their run-first mentality like a glove.
In recent weeks, things haven’t looked as easy for the Baltimore Ravens. The struggles have been well-documented as quarterback Lamar Jackson is dealing with the roughest stretch of his young career. What’s been even worse is the way their defense has slowed down. The good news for them is they still have a great core of players and just need to add a few playmakers. They land one here with Joseph Ossai out of Texas.
A pass-rushing specialist, Ossai is a bit of a ‘tweener’ at 6-foot-3 and 245-pounds but would fit perfectly in the Ravens 3-4 defense as a stand-up linebacker.
