Green Bay Packers: 5 Bold predictions for Week 12 vs. Bears
1. Green Bay Packers hand Bears fifth straight loss in 20-point blowout
As mentioned, the Chicago Bears have been ailing coming into this NFC North rivalry matchup. Losers of four straight games after they started the year at 5-1, they’re not only in danger of missing the playoffs but of potentially finishing the year under .500.
The Packers won’t be the team for them to overcome their woes against either.
For as good as the Chicago defense has the potential to be, Green Bay’s defense is capable of playing well enough to really attack Trubisky relentlessly and force the Bears into numerous mistakes. Not only will that set the Packers up well but it will thus tire out the defense from the Windy City and allow Rodgers and Co. to make plays throughout the game.
Honestly, that would be my feeling about this matchup no matter what. And as such, I would have Green Bay winning quite handily no matter the case. But in a rivalry game as the Packers are coming off of a tough loss to the Colts, they should be motivated to make a statement.
Green Bay is going to dominate on both sides of the ball on Sunday Night Football. Trubisky’s bid to regain footing in Chicago will fall flat on its face as the Packers don’t just move to 8-3 but do so by burying the rival Bears in primetime.
