Plays on Monday Night Football vs. Seahawks – The Philadelphia Eagles no longer have the distinction of being the worst division leader in the NFL this season thanks to the Washington Football Team knocking off the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football and the New York Giants beating the Cincinnati Bengals. With each of them moving to 4-7, they move ahead of the 3-6-1 Eagles.

Philly can get right back on top with a win on Monday Night Football but it’s not going to be easy for them since they’ll be facing a Seattle Seahawks team that’s clearly the superior unit. Seattle, however, is in a bit of a slump. At one point, they seemed to be the top team in the NFC but now, they have lost three of their last four games.

Having said that, a slump for the Seahawks is business as usual for the Eagles. Their only win outside the division came in Week 4 against the San Francisco 49ers when they won 25-20. Other than that, they have only knocked off the Cowboys and Giants.

There’s even talk about the team moving on from Carson Wentz under center since he’s been a turnover machine. The Eagles won’t want to do this considering how much money they’re on the hook for, but Wentz has been struggling more than anyone could imagine. We’ll have to tune in on Monday to see if he and the team can get things back on track, or if they will start to fall behind farther in the NFC East.
