Baltimore Ravens vs. Cleveland Browns: 5 Bold predictions for Monday Night Football in Week 14
3. Garrett leads Cleveland Browns defense to 4+ sacks, 3 turnovers
Even though he was forced to miss some time due to a stint on the COVID-19/Reserve list, Browns defensive end Myles Garrett has still confirmed that he’s one of the league’s best rushing off the edge. Through 10 games played, Garrett has already amassed 10.5 sacks, four force fumbles and 12.5 tackles for loss.
That’s bad news for the Ravens, a team that sneakily has some issues on the offensive line. Though Orlando Brown Jr. has filled in admirably for injured Ronnie Stanley, he doesn’t have the speed or agility to hang with Garrett — and neither does anyone else on the Baltimore line. Garrett is going to wreak havoc and consistently get after Jackson.
Not only will Garrett get home at least a couple of times in his own right but the attention that defenses have been paying to the defensive end have opened up things for the rest of the line. Subsequently, the defense as a whole will get four sacks. But we’re not stopping there, either.
Jackson’s mobility is a dangerous weapon but there’s a difference in him using his legs and him consistently being under serious duress. In the case of the latter, that breeds the potential for the quarterback to make mistakes. With that and some fumbling issues as well, the Browns defense will have a big day, notching their third three-turnover performance in the last four weeks.
