1. Cleveland Browns notch a double-digit win over Baltimore Ravens

There are undoubtedly many people who are looking at this Week 14 Monday Night Football matchup and are ready for the Browns to crash back to earth. Moreover, they likely believe that the Ravens getting a win over Dallas in which the offense was moving well should open things back up for Baltimore heading into the playoffs. I am not one of those people.

Cleveland has been playing like a legitimate contender as of late. Yes, the Titans came back last week but that’s because the Browns got out to such a big lead that they legitimately just melted as much of the clock as possible, perhaps too much so. And the same was true the previous week against Jacksonville.

Moreover, beating Dallas shouldn’t be something that makes you believe in the Ravens. Teams like Washington and New York have looked like gangbusters against the Cowboys defense, so it’s not a vote of confidence in Baltimore turning it around. Put simply, the Browns have the better offense at this moment in a matchup where the defenses aren’t the calling cards.
