FanDuel NFL Week 15 Picks and Advice: Wide Receiver

As always, Tyreek Hill ($9,300) is the most expensive wide receiver on the slate. However, with Davante Adams unavailable, I think DeAndre Hopkins ($8,600) is the expensive receiver you want in cash this week. As mentioned previously, Philadelphia is dealing with multiple injuries in their secondary, and with Kyler Murray nearing full health Hopkins is in a smash spot.

My favorite value on the week is Allen Robinson ($7,300) who can easily pay off his salary on volume alone but also has a great matchup against a Minnesota defense allowing the third-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers.

Brandon Aiyuk ($6,900) and T.Y Hilton ($6,800) are two receivers that have been priced up but can still easily return their value. Of the two, Aiyuk is a better play in cash, as he could realistically see 15 targets, though Hilton has the much higher touchdown upside in the better offense.

If you are looking for some dart throws at the wide receiver position, Michael Gallup ($5,200) and Lynn Bowden Jr. ($5,000) are my favorites, as both are seeing the target share to easily pay off their salary while allowing you to spend up at other positions.

As for wide receivers I am avoiding, A.J Brown ($8,300) is a little too expensive for me in a game that could easily be dominated by Derrick Henry, though his big-play ability always makes him viable in tournaments. Even though the Buccaneers have a dream matchup against Atlanta, I will still not play a single Buccaneer receiver in a cash lineup, as any of the three can perform any given week while the others will put up duds.

Finally, I am out on Emmanuel Sanders ($5,500) even with Michael Thomas out, as I think Alvin Kamara will be the biggest target beneficiary and the Saints offense will just not be productive without Thomas in the game.
