Baltimore Ravens (10-5) at Cincinnati Bengals (4-10-1)

Sunday, January 3, 1PM ET

Somehow, the Cincinnati Bengals have rattled off two straight wins. Unfortunately, all it’s done for them is hurt their draft positioning. Can they make it three in a row (and another draft slot or two lower) against the Baltimore Ravens in the final week of the 2020 season?

I don’t think so, but anything is possible in these AFC North showdowns. No one expected the Bengals to take down the Steelers in Week 15, but that’s what happened. Last week’s win against the Houston Texans wasn’t nearly as impressive, but it showed that this club isn’t ready to roll over and die.

With that said, the Ravens still seem ready to take down their divisional rivals. Lamar Jackson is hitting his stride, and bringing the rest of the Baltimore offense along with him. The Ravens defense is also playing well and should be able to keep Brandon Allen and Samaje Perine from pulling off the upset on Sunday.

Baltimore needs this win. They get the W, and they’re in the playoffs. However, a loss could potentially knock them out based on other results, so that doesn’t seem like an ideal path. The Ravens earn the victory and prepare for what should be an exciting first round.

Prediction: Ravens win 29-23
