Predicting every game of the 2021 NFL Playoffs
Super Bowl LV: Buffalo Bills (2) vs. New Orleans Saints (2)
It’s the Big Game. After what was an unprecedented year full of frustration and despair, it’s finally time for one franchise to watch all of its hard work come to fruition. And it just makes sense for that team to be one of the only clubs in NFL history to make four Super Bowls but never win.
As you may or may not know, the Bills are the only team to make four consecutive Super Bowls (1990-93). As you may also know, they’re the only team to lose four consecutive Super Bowls. It’s time for this franchise to reap the rewards of years of roster building through the draft and smart personnel moves by the front office.
The Saints will be no slouch, but Brees is fading and Kamara can be contained. As it so happens, the Buffalo defense is more than up to the task. They step up on the NFL’s biggest stage, forcing too many three-and-outs for New Orleans to overcome.
Allen has the game of his life, throwing four touchdowns and running for another as the Bills earn their first Lombardi Trophy. He and Diggs celebrate with a massive bro hug, one that signals the beginning of something very special for a team that’s long struggled to reward fans for their dedication and loyalty.
Prediction: Bills win 25-21
