Dallas Cowboys revive defense, offensive line in 7-round 2021 NFL mock draft

By the end of the 2020 NFL Season, there were players logging significant snaps with the Cowboys who had hardly even been on the team. They have to hope to avoid such an occurrence in 2021 and having players like Trysten Hill back and healthy could help. As would their selection of Alim McNeill in this mock draft.
However, that might not be enough especially since it appears Tyrone Crawford is already headed out the door. With that being the case, the Cowboys add more depth here with Mustafa Johnson out of Colorado being their second pick in the sixth round.
Johnson is able to move all around the defensive line, playing both the five and three-technique defensive tackle. He’s slightly undersized at just 6-foot-2 and 290-pounds but makes up for that with his athleticism.
With their final pick in this 2021 mock draft, the Dallas Cowboys add depth to their offensive line. With Joe Looney headed to the open market, Dallas might turn to Tyler Biadasz as the full-time starter. With that being a possibility, they might need a new backup center who can also fill in at guard when necessary.
That’s where Paul Grattan out of UCLA comes in. Grattan is the leader of the Bruins offensive line and has experience at guard and center. He might not ever be an elite pro player but he has all the tools needed to get the job done in a reserve role.
