Saturday Wild Card DraftKings NFL picks: D/ST

Forget about the Bills defense ($3,500) this week as they’re the highest-priced unit but aren’t a defense that totally lives up to that billing. Tampa Bay ($3,300) is an intriguing play, however, as the Washington quarterback situation could allow for the Buccaneers to come up with some big-time plays that will score on DraftKings.

My favorite play of the week is the Rams at $2,900, though. In two matchups against the Seahawks this year, the Rams D/ST averaged 9.5 DraftKings points per game. They are familiar with Seattle and know how to limit what this team likes to do.

I can’t trust the Seahawks ($2,700), even in a good matchup, with how bad they’ve been for much of the year. That goes doubly for the Football Team ($2,400) against Brady and the Colts ($2,200) against Allen and the Bills.

  • WR: John Brown, $4,700

  • FLEX: J.D. McKissic, $4,800

This is a tournament lineup that I’m looking to hit big with. The ceiling of Taylor, Akers and McKissic are all big, as is the case with everyone in this lineup. We’re also looking at some contrarian plays with a Brady-Brown stack instead of Allen-Diggs, but we still get Diggs in the lineup given his status as the best wideout in the DraftKings Saturday Wild Card slate.
