The Buffalo Bills will host the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Divisional Round of the 2021 NFL Playoffs and it’s hard to pick a winner in a likely entertaining battle.

At their best, it’s not hyperbole to say that the Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens have been two of the most exciting offenses in the league this season. The emergence of Josh Allen and the always-electric play of last year’s NFL MVP, Lamar Jackson, make for two terrific quarterbacks leading the way. So it’s a treat that they’ll meet up on Saturday night in the AFC Divisional Round.

Buffalo has enjoyed arguably the best seasons of the past two decades for the franchise. Allen becoming one of the league’s best quarterbacks has been a big part of that, especially with an elite weapon now in the form of offseason trade acquisition Stefon Diggs. The Bills defense has admittedly been an up-and-down unit but they’ve survived almost every lapse.

After earning the No. 1 seed in the AFC last season, the Ravens had to fight for their playoff lives this time around. But now in the postseason field, Jackson and the Baltimore offense have found their stride and the defense remains loaded with playmakers, even if they too have shown their warts.

So all in all, we’re likely looking at the most objectively entertaining game of the Divisional Round playoffs. And we’re breaking down everything you need to know for this one on Saturday night in Orchard Park.

Odds for Ravens vs. Bills in the Divisional playoffs

Over/Under Total: 49.5

For starters, be sure to smash the over in this spot. This matchup should ultimately be an offensive showcase between two of the best in the league on that side of the ball; 49.5 points should be left in the dust.

Beyond that, this game might as well be a pick-em if you’re looking at the point spread. So the best advice you can get is to either take Buffalo against the spread or take the Baltimore moneyline depending on which team you think comes out on top. For me, I’m taking the Ravens with plus odds.

Ravens vs. Bills pick, prediction and analysis

For as good as Allen and Buffalo have been this season, they’re an imperfect team overall. The defense has shown their warts at times and, frankly, they should’ve lost to the Colts last week. And while Baltimore is imperfect in their own right, the matchup problems that Jackson and that offense present might be too much to overcome.

Make no mistake, this one should be high-scoring and ultimately thrilling. In fact, it shouldn’t be a surprise if it’s the best game of the Divisional Round. But when the dust settles, John Harbaugh’s team will go on the road and pull off the upset to advance to the AFC Championship Game.

Final Score Prediction: Ravens 38, Bills 34
