For most of these mocks, the Cincinnati Bengals have ended up with Penei Sewell but that won’t happen here with the Dolphins landing the Oregon offensive tackle. That doesn’t mean they won’t find themselves someone capable of starting for them on the line, which is what happens for them here with the selection of Christian Darrisaw from Virginia Tech.

Darrisaw has been a starter since he was a freshman and has done nothing but improve as a player from the moment he stepped on campus. He’s a technician at the position and the Bengals would love to have him blocking for Joe Burrow who has looked every part of the franchise quarterback they hoped he would be.

There are still many questions to answer for the Philadelphia Eagles who completely fell apart this past season. Carson Wentz took a nosedive as a player and Jalen Hurts was up and down as a rookie once he replaced him. Then, there was the decline of Doug Pederson who is out of a job just a few seasons after winning a Super Bowl.

Somehow, Howie Roseman kept his job despite the debacle he’s overseeing, but now they need to figure out what to do with their roster. Some will want them to turn the page at quarterback (again) and others will want them to land another wideout. However, this mock has them taking Alabama cornerback Patrick Surtain, who will help shore up a struggling secondary.
